In fact... I would say that 99 out of 100 people I've ever seen doing a plank are doing it wrong.



And... the difference between a plank done right and a plank done wrong is hard to see. In fact… take a look at this picture. Do you see anything wrong with this plank? Probably not, right?

However... If you look closely, the pelvis is tilted downward and the spine is tilted upwards.

And… While this makes your butt and waistline look good, it actually puts a lot of pressure on your lower back when you're in this position.

However... The subtleties don't end there. In fact... Take a look at these 2 planks. Do you see anything wrong or different with either of them?

Again... Probably not, right?

this plank done wrong and this plank done right,
